Simple weeknight staple
2 tbspvegetable oil1 largeonion, chopped4 clovesgarlic, minced½ cup(about 4 inches) chorizo, chopped750glean mince1 canchopped tomatoes1 cupred wine5 to 6 leavesfresh basil, torn1 tsporegano- salt & pepper
70gspaghetti per person1 tspsalt
Fry onion and garlic in oil til translucent
Add chorizo and fry for a few mins
Add mince and fry til brown
Drain excess oil
Add tomatoes and red wine, herbs and seasonings
Leave to simmer
Meanwhile add 1 tsp` salt to pan of boiling water and add spaghetti
Cook til al dente
Serve with parmesan
