Orange Chicken

6boneless chicken thighs1 tbspcornflour in¼ cup of cold water3 tbspsoy sauce- cornflour to coat
1 tspginger, grated2 clovesgarlic, grated2 tbspsoy sauce1 tspcornflour in¼ cup of cold water1 cuporange juice2 tsprice wine vinegar1 tbspsoft brown sugarpinchred chili pepper flakes
Put the soy and cornflour slurry into a bowl
Chop the thighs into bite size pieces and add to the bowl
Marinade for 10 mins
Remove from the marinade and coat in cornflour
Fry in shallow oil until golden brown
Remove to a kitchen paper lined plate to drain
Mix all the ingredients together & whisk well
Put the chicken back into a little oil in a clean pan and reheat
Pour in the sauce mixture and stir to coat
Keep mixing gently til the sauce is thick and sticky
Serve immediately
