Kofta kebabs. Great for barbeques.
500gbeef mince1onion, finely chopped1free-range egg1 tspground coriander1 tspground cumin1 tsppaprika½ tspchilli½ tspground turmericpinchground cinnamon- pita bread

Soak four kebab sticks in cold water.
Preheat the grill to hot.
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Make the mixture into four thick sausage shapes and thread onto the skewers.
Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
Serve with pitta bread and salad.
