Traditional blend of dried herbs typical of the Provence region of southeastern France
1 tbspfennel seeds2 tbspdried rosemary1/4 cupdried thyme3 tbspdried marjoram3 tbspdried summer savory, optional1 tbspdried tarragon1 tspdried chervil, optional1 tspdried mint1 tspdried lavender, optional
Grind together fennel and rosemary in pestle & mortar until they are a uniform size. Mix in the rest of the herbs and store in an airtight container
