4ripe tomatoes4 clovesgarlic2½ tsplime juice2 tspfresh coriander leaf½ tspsalt (or to taste)1chilli pepper (deseeded)1 tspground black pepper (or to taste)½green bell pepper1 tbsptomato puree
Finely chop all ingredients and mix.
Refrigerate for 30 mins for flavours to combine
